Technically I’m posting this when Jack is 8 months & 3 weeks old, ha! Life is BUSY with our crawler who loves to explore everything!
Here’s what was new when Jack actually turned 8 months old (If you follow along on social media, you know we’ve had lots of developments since then...and those will be in his 9 month post!;))
- Inchworming & spinning in circles! — we started this month with Jack rolling & spinning in circles on his belly to get where he wanted to go, and then quickly moved to inch worming & scorching across the floor!
- Crawling! — after about a week of spinning & scorching, we had a crawler!
- Mr. Rolly polly— this little boy rolls and rolls and rolls…changing his diaper, putting lotion on him, dressing him…you name it…it’s a wrestling match! ;)
- Mr. Independent— Jack loves playing by himself in his playpen & wants to crawl & explore on his own!
- One top tooth!
Jack also took his first beach trip this month! He put his toes in the sand for the first time, and he loved it! The ocean?… not so much, haha!
